What shipping options do you offer?

Blue Moon Paper currently only ships to addresses within Canada and the United States.

Within Canada:

-Lettermail (flat items only, like stickers and memo notes)
-Oversized lettermail (can fit non-flat items)
-Tracked parcel (comes with a tracking number)

To the USA:

-Lettermail (flat items only)
-Regular parcel (can fit non-flat items)
-Tracked parcel (comes with a tracking number)

If you choose lettermail at checkout but you have non-flat items in your cart, I will email you to cancel or change your order.

Where is my tracking number?

I offer multiple shipping rates to fit different budgets. When you check out, you will only receive a tracking number if you choose the "Tracked Shipping" option. Otherwise, I will send your package using a more affordable option without tracking. 

Please note that I don't make any profit from shipping prices. All of the money from shipping goes towards Canada Post and packaging materials.

When will my package arrive?

The typical time for packages to arrive to you depends on the country and shipping method. Below, you'll find the average shipping times that I've found shipping from Canada through Canada Post. Unfortunately, because of delays and staff shortages worldwide, your package may be delayed past this point.

Canada: 2-14 business days

United States: 5-14 business days

These shipping estimates begin after the day I've processed your order (and you've received the shipment confirmation email). I try to process all orders within 5 business days.

I also recommend choosing "Tracked shipping" at checkout so you always have an idea of where your package is! If you don't choose tracked shipping, both I and the shipping company are unable to check on the location of your package.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Please reach out to me and I will do what I can to help! I run Blue Moon Paper by myself and am bound to make mistakes, so please let me know and we'll work together to find a solution. My full refund policy can be found here.

How can I make a purchase if you don't ship to my country?

Currently as a small business (owned and operated by a single person, me!), I'm only able to ship to Canada and the United States. This is true both here and on my Etsy shop, due to constantly changing regulations and fees. Please follow the shop's social medias or email newsletter for updates on any changes to this policy.

Please note that I, Jordine De Guzman, under the business name of Blue Moon Paper, am not responsible for fees or taxes applicable to your package upon arrival to your country.
